Baby Boutique Order Shipping
Orders need to be placed by 12PM PST to have your order ship the same day. If we do not have a product in stock, it will ship as soon as we recieve the product. Shipping times are estimates from the time the courier recieves the package, not order placement.
If you are a diaper service customer with Tiny Tots, you can elect to have your order delivered with you next delivery. This service is free of charge. Please type your account number or Tiny Tots billing phone number in the space provided. If you are not a Tiny Tots Diaper Service customer and you choose that shipping method, you will be billed for shipping costs to your desired address.

Security
Your credit card information is transfered through a secure socet link (SSL).

Returns
Our desire is that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please return the items to us. We would appreciate it if items are returned within 90 days of purchase date, for either a refund or exchange. Merchandise should be in its original packaging and whenever possible in re-sellable condition. Personal use items such as potty chairs, breastpumps and nursing bras are not returnable. If there is a problem with these products, let us know, we can contact the manufacturer on your behalf.

Please include the following with your return:
Your name, address, order # (if available), buyer’s name (if originally ordered by someone else), telephone number, email address, reason for return, the items you wish to return, their condition, and whether you would like a refund or exchange. For your protection, you should insure your return and send it along with a copy of your receipt (if possible) to:
