Diaper Rotation System
On your first and second deliveries you will receive the weekly number of diapers that you ordered. After that, you will be on a rotation basis. The number of soiled diapers you turn in on your first delivery will be counted and that same number will be returned to you on your next delivery.

Whatever your weekly order of diapers is, you should always have double that in your rotation. Example: If your order is for 80 diapers, you will receive 80 diapers the 1st week and another 80 the 2nd week, no matter how many diapers you used that 1st week. Let's say you turn in only 60 soiled diapers at the end of the 1st week, you should now have 100 diapers at your home (20 unused + 80 delivered on the 2nd week). On the following week we will return to you 60 diapers, and pick up, let's say, 70 soiled diapers this time. Now you have 90 diapers at your home (30 unused from the 100 + 60 returned to you). The total of diapers returned to us plus the amount in your home should always be double the amount of your order, in this example 80 x 2 = 160.

If you ever sense your rotation is off, have an audit done on your diapers. An easy way to have Tiny Tots audit your diaper inventory is to write a 2-word note on the label of your soiled bag - such as "25 left" or whatever amount of clean diapers are still in your posession. Do this before you set your diapers outside. Some customers do this every week, other do it once a month.

LabelWe charge you for the number of diapers you are ordering (renting) each week, not the number of diapers you use. If you consistently have leftovers, please call us to reduce your weekly order, which will result in a price decrease. For every 10 diapers you have consistently left over when you set your soiled diapers out, you can reduce your weekly order by 5. For each 5 diapers you reduce, the price goes down $0.50 per week.

 

Making Changes to Your Account
You may make changes to your diaper service account the following ways:
Call our office between Monday thru Friday from 9 AM to 3 PM PST and speak with one of our representatives.

Call our office after hours and leave a message on our voice mail system. Please always try to include your account number with the message.

Fill out this form. Please confirm that you have included your account number and have allowed enough time for your request to be processed.

Diaper delivery changes need to be made three business days by 12 noon PST, prior to your delivery.

Delivery add-ons (Baby Boutique orders, covers, bags, etc) need to be made one business day by 3PM PST, prior to your delivery.
