How Diaper Service Works
Get the play-by-play about the operational aspects of our Diaper Service.
On your first and second deliveries you will receive the weekly number of diapers that you ordered. After that, you will be on a rotation basis. The number of soiled diapers you turn in on your first pick-up will be counted and that same number will be returned to you on your next delivery.
Whatever your weekly order of diapers is, you will always have double the amount in your rotation. Example: If your order is for 80 diapers, you will receive 80 diapers the 1st week and another 80 when we make your 2nd delivery, no matter how many diapers you return. From then on you are on a rotation. Whatever number of diapers you turn in one week you get back the following week. Between what you have turned in to us and what you have at your home, it should always total double of what your weekly order is.
We charge you for the number of diapers you are ordering (renting) each week, not the number of diapers you use. If you consistently have leftovers, please consider reducing your weekly order, which will result in a price decrease. For every 10 diapers you consistently have left over when you set out your soiled diapers, you can reduce your weekly order by 5. For each 5 diapers you reduce, the price goes down $0.75 per week.
We recommend you do an review each week when you set your soiled diapers outside for pick up. It’s easy. Just write the number of clean diapers you have left at your home on the label of the bag of soiled diapers you're setting out. There is a space on the label to write this.
Since compost products are used one time, you will purchase a new product for each use. A rotation system is not necessary.
To change your account, you can either give us a call or let us know online. When contacting us, please confirm your account number and that you have allowed enough time for your request to be processed. (See chart below)

Charges for the cotton diaper service are billed in 4-week increments. Charges for compost diapers or anything else you are purchasing from the store are billed when the order is placed. Anytime there is a balance on the account, the credit or debit card we have on file is automatically charged. Our customers receive a copy of the charges for verification purposes. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Would you like to receive credit towards diaper service or merchandise from our Tiny Tots Baby Boutique? You can… when you refer your friends to us. We'll credit your account $15.00 for each friend who signs up for diaper service. Just make sure they give us your name and phone number when they sign up.
We are also looking for new submissions for our web page and for our printed publications. You will receive one free week of diaper service for each submitted item that we select for publication. You can send us a helpful hint for our Parent to Parent sections of our Learning Center, or a fun recipe, or a recommendation of a favorite book or website for parents, or (especially appreciated): a picture (with a caption) of your baby in a diaper, diaper cover, or outfit from our Tiny Tots Baby Boutique. Submissions become the property of Tiny Tots and are not returned.
